Compact room with excellent view

Awesome location and nice balcony Swimming area not as large or warm water as we thought it would be

Modern hotel. Good air-conditioning. Ocean view rooms are wonderful. Nice pool/sauna/jacuzzi. Clean. Only small paper cups provided. Nice nespesso machine but no coffee cup. Tiny paper cup in the bathroom. No space to unpack clothes. No drawers, tiny shelf. Refrigerator in room is the smallest ever and didn’t seem to work. Couldn’t find any control switch. Nice jacuzzi but water is only lukewarm. We were charged for breakfast on all three of our rooms even though we never signed up. Also, extra day charge for parking.

The location was perfect On my arrival asking a question the receptionist told me she did not speak English? Then I asked do you have fridges in the room to which yes they do great I had some food to keep cold prior to my departure, the next morning my food was hotter than if I had left it in the sun !! then on check out I mentioned the air con was not working only to be told we control it from the reception office ! Great but we are not all liking the same temperature so why fit controls in the room ? I’ve used this hotel for many years but since it’s been renovated it’s not for me.

The location The no availability of parking at the hotel. We have chosen this hotel for the possibility to park at the hotel. Even we do not have a place available in front to of hotel to upload our luggage at the check in an check out. In the website it said that parking is available and no reservation could be made. When we arrived they have asked us if we have made parking reservation. I guess that this requirement it is only apply to Booking reservations.

Parking

My room had a stunning view. The room was also very comfortable and clean.

Dennis was very helpful when our shower needed attention and helped to schedule a taxi for us. The prestige rooms are pricey, but the view from the balcony and watching the tide coming in and out is wonderful. Intramuros (walled village) is very close by Nothing

The fitness center only had a rower, stepper and bike. Parking reservations could not be made in advance and it took us over an hour to find street parking as the hotel garage was full.

excellent view with excellent service - reasonable priced hotel located at central area of St Malo Very tight parking spaces - sedan and SUV driver should park at nearby carparks.

Clean , modern , near old city Make sure the difference between sea view room which mean partial view from side room or ocean view .

The hotel was next to downtown and the sea, with a spectacular sunset. Reception was very friendly and helpful. Nothing

Everything! The view from our balcony, location, crisp, beautifully appointed. The staff absolutely amazing!!!

The room was very nice, large and well laid out. The bathroom was very nice and bed was really comfortable. The balcony overlooking the beach was a nice touch. The hotel was located really close to the old city which was a bonus. We arrive by Ferry from Guernsey, later in the evening and the inhouse restaurant was closed. Would have been nice if there had been some food available either in the room or at the bar.
