Toiletries were lacking, no lotions at all, and no wash cloth for bathing. Also, the toilet room is so small you can barely close the door and be in the room at the same time.

This review is of booking.com, not the hotel. I’m not doing anything positive for booking.com and won’t be using booking.com ever again. I’m also warning everyone on social media and making it my life’s mission to spread the word about all of the lawsuits against you and all of the consumer complaints as well. I don’t like that I got it through booking.scam

My wife and I don't speak French. The staff were all French but were well conversant in English. They were very helpful. Indeed, the hotel allowed our young granddaughter who was not staying with us to swim in the indoor pool. Our vacation passed too quickly. The weather was great with mostly clear sky and only a little rain. But I am told it rains more and is often overcast.

The location was perfect, the view from our room was amazing, the room was spacious and beautiful, the parking garage was no problem for our X5, and the staff were all super friendly.

The hotel is well sited close to the city walls of St Malo, with good parking and a very short drive to the ferry terminal. The staff were friendly and spoke good English. The food in the restaurant was good and the service efficient. Very little. The room smelt somewhat of new carpet.

The location was great, next to the sea and just a short walk from restaurants. Only a sort 10 min drive from the ferry port. They advertised a bar but this was closed until 9 am because of a private function. If they advertise a bar it should be available to use. There was a strange unpleasant smell in the room.

Always stay at this hotel the night before sailing perfect location, the restaurant is exceptional and the bar is perfect for a relaxing night cap In my opinion there is nothing to dislike about the hotel or staff

Very close to the port of St Malo for our ferry to and from Jersey. Safe and convenient underground parking ( even for our car with a roof box). Rooms comfortable and lovely breakfast with views over the beach.
