Good location, right on the beach but a bit far from the old town, 30-40mins walking. Good breakfast with nice view over the ocean. Very small room. No AC in the room nor in the breakfast area.

There's a lovely little restaurant overlooking the sea in this hotel, and they'll book a table for you if requested. The room was comfortable and cozy, and the reserved parking was right nearby. You can walk along the waterside all the way up to the Intramuros if desired. We had a very pleasant stay and the staff at check-in and at the restaurant were all very helpful and spoke English.

We loved the location on the waterfront, access to the promenade. The staff were friendly and helpful. Parking good.Access to onsite restaurant which runs independently was good for dinner. Bathroom tiny , not a problem for us but maybe for others.

Great location, well-maintained property, and an incredibly accommodating staff. My only “complaints,” (which aren’t really complaints), is the tight parking and the lack of a lift in the hotel. Recognizing this is an older, beach-front hotel, that wasn’t unexpected, (and we knew there was no lift when we reserved the room), so it did not take anything away from our opinion. Overall, a great experience on a beautiful property.

Love the location and friendly helpful staff Not a lot

Nice little hotel. We checked in late after hours, but were welcomed and given our room key. The hotel staff members were very nice and helpful, especially Manon. We were on the top floor and many stairs which are difficult for us, since we are in our late 70's. Otherwise, we have no complaints.

Location Rooms were very small

The hotel is casual, right on the beach but very well curated… everything is so charming but not stuffy. We had tasty meals from breakfast to dinner at their cafe. You can’t beat the location and I found their prices a reasonable value. I’m partial to a pillow top mattress so all the mattresses at hotels feel a bit hard to me. But the linens and pillows were lovely!

The beach location was perfect for walks and sitting outside and enjoying a glass and watching people stroll by. The staff were all welcoming and kind. Breakfast with a sea view was an amazing assortment of boil your own eggs, various breads, croissants, pain au chocolat, and yogurt, fruit and cereals. We really appreciated the clean, tidy, well appropriated rooms with comfy beds. Sea view from our bed was perfect and a little balcony as well. Caroline was exceptionally helpful and kind, assisted us with drink and dining selections and helped us navigate Saint-Malo with our minimal French and her understanding of English. We loved the 25 minute walk to center Saint-Malo and close restaurants. I wish we had booked more days there! Not a thing

Clean, comfortable, tranquil, well kept building by the sea. Tasteful decoration, tea making facilities, hot showers . Beautiful views. Good quality bedding. A lot of Stairs difficult if you have a heavy case to take up that could be a problem. Take small overnight bag if staying over for ferry crossing next day. Breakfast cold only and not suitable for anyone with gluten and diary intolerance.

The hotel was walking distance to old town on the beach promenade which was lovely. Restaurant downstairs with a great sea view. Location was perfect. Staff were amazing and accommodating. The fact I didnt book a sea view room!

The staff were very friendly and approachable. The room was carefully cleaned and tidied each day. The breakfast was outstanding- food of an excellent quality, plentiful and varied. Our room was dreadful - we had no idea that it would be on the 2nd floor and up 2 flights of very steep spiral staircases (we both have mobility problems) and far too small. The bathroom was accessed down 3 steps (no handrail) and the shows was fitted under a sloping roof, making it too low to be feasible for my husband, who is 6’4” tall. Although I could use it, the sliding shower door was jammed open on the final morning, which made it impossible to take a shower.
