hotelF1 Saint Malo

The shared bathroom and showers were clean and pleasant. We had a sink in the room, and a roof over our head. This place was cheap, so every negative experience I had was pretty much expected. With that being said, the room was HOT because of the heat wave and there obviously was no AC. We couldn't open the window since we were on the first floor and there was no screen and there were people outside. The room was tiny and the beds were not comfy. But again, it was very cheap.

Convenient good value Checking in. The access code was not made clear by booking.com and I tried for 15 minutes or more as a single woman late at night until I eventually worked out the code.

Director and Staff were very nice. Internet connection was bad and room was very small.

Very Noisy, we all sleep so bad, worse experience ever. No a/c or fun, rooms extremely hot. Not for families at all. Uncomfortable toilets, not private.

It was really good value, not far from La Madeleine and only 10 minutes from the port. There was a snack machine in the lobby and a little café for breakfast in the morning with reasonable prices. The automated check in machine was very slow and as it was late there were no staff to help. The mattress was very hard and the toilets and showers were communal although they were very clean.

Noisy could not get the family to sleep, could hear everything, shared facilities which don’t bother me but unclean and stank, No kettle One microwave that was always being used and hard to get a use of it, I would not stay here again Nothing

Near Chinese restaurant with bus service close to hotel Room right at the far end of the hotel. Having to walk through the corridor smelling of urine. Poor security - door to bins near my room was left open. A Hair, (not mine) in the shower tray. Whole building needs an overhaul. Seen better days. Glad I arrived on the day before the water heater was being serviced as notes at reception said no hot water from Wednesday am till Thursday pm. Guests would have booked not knowing that they couldn't take a shower.
