Nothing. Very disappointing experience. Think twice before booking this hotel. The staff refused to let us view our room and check its size and condition, even though it had been vacant for two hours after the previous guests had checked out. This was an unreasonable request to deny and created a poor first impression. The hotel also does not allow guests to take breakfast away, yet this policy was neither mentioned during the booking process nor communicated in advance. This was particularly frustrating because our children slept longer than expected, and breakfast service ended at 9:45 a.m.—very early by French standards, especially on a weekend. Our room had only one window, which was almost completely blocked by exterior shutters. As a result, we had to rely on the toilet window for ventilation during a very hot summer night. Overall, the hotel's policies felt unnecessarily restrictive and seemed designed to catch guests by surprise rather than provide good service. More importantly, the staff were rude, dismissive, and unprofessional, showing none of the courtesy or hospitality one would expect from a hotel. I am writing this as an experienced traveler who has stayed in more than 15 hotels over the past two years. My booking account currently has "VIP" Genius status, and this is the first negative review I have felt compelled to leave.

The location was perfect, very close to the beach and within 30min walk to the old town intra-muros. In the evening it was very easy to find free parking on the street closeby. The staff was incredibly friendly, pet-friendly, and accommodating even for a late arrival. The room was comfortable, very clean, and had exceeded our expectations. Would recommend and will stay here again the next time we visit.

Everything easy parking Comfy bed cheap everything you need nice shower kettle and charger plugs Nothing at all it was the best

The sink in our bathroom sprayed all over and flooded the floor each time we used it. There was no fresh air in our room and windows did not open (first floor room). There was barely any room to turn around in our room. The beds appeared worn.

Large accessible bathroom. Large and plentiful clean towels. Dog friendly, which was our reason for choosing and close to ferry for onward travel. Friendly welcome, although a bit odd, traipsing luggage and dog through the restaurant to the side to gain access. Receptionist also managing restaurant, bar, customers etc. Bed was comfortable enough, though, and we did sleep fairly well. Ate in restaurant for convenience but other eateries close by. Overall, appearance dated, bit shabby, and lacking attention to detail in terms of cleanliness. Furniture sparse and marked, no mirror by the dressing table, broken room cold with no natural light. Bathroom windows were opaque as facing out onto the street and can see shapes of people passing while on the loo, (strange) so we had blinds down too. When the bathroom door closed, there was no other window to open. Rather strange design for hotel accommodation, granted we had requested accessible room. Some noise from the restaurant, scraping chairs, after we retired to bed following our long drive. No available nearby parking on arrival, l am disabled so this was a major disadvantage, especially with luggage and a dog. Although we were able to move car early next morning and parking was free..

We’ve stayed there before and it’s very convenient. Rooms are small and no coffee facilities but it suits us price wise and location.

We stopped for one night before catching the ferry with our dog. The hotel is very convenient for the port. It is definitely a budget hotel and the rooms reflect that, our en-suite was very small and at 6 foot tall I had to sit side saddle to use the toilet but for one night it is functional. I can't comment on the shower as we had breakfast and showered on the ferry. We each had a pizza for supper and that was tasty.

Close to the beach Small prison like rooms. We noted on the reservation that it was for our honeymoon. Booked months in advance and still received the smallest room in the hotel.

Good location for the beach. Unexpected €10 charge for my dog. I explained this to the employee when I checked in and she said it had nothing to do with her and no intention on making it clear on their advertising.
