Clean, helpful staff I specifically requested accommodations with air conditioning and parking. Neither were included. Access code to facility was not provided. Fortunately a resident helped with that. Additionally the room had no hot water. I don’t mean poor hot water, I mean NO hot water. Inexcusable on every point of failure.
