Best Western Premier Montfleuri

If I could rate the staff, they would receive 20 out of 10! No exaggeration to say that it was the best customer service ever experienced for any travel. Our enterprise rental car broke down and the staff assisted us every step of the way, making all arrangements and communicating with Enterprise and roadside assistance. Sebastien and Philippe even tried resolving the issue before assistance could arrive. They secured our luggage while we waited, and the ladies at the front desk were so pleasant and friendly, we actually immensely enjoyed the time we had to wait for Enterprise. I wish we could have spent more time at this wonderful oasis! Thank you so much for a memorable experience!

The room was beautiful and the view was magnificent! The pool was the perfect temperature and the restaurant/bar were lovely. I arrived in an Electric Vehicle and there was nowhere I could charge it - the Staff said the charging stations were all occupied and she could not tell me when/if they would be available, which I found strange. Surely a Guest Charging policy could easily be implemented to ensure equitable use for all guests.

Loved the suite we stayed in. Very spacious and comfortable. It was hard to load and unload luggage with only one spot available in front of hotel and it was taken when we arrived. The pillows were uncomfortable as well

Lovely establishment and nice room (perfect view) It’s a real shame, as the hotel is truly beautiful and most of the staff were pleasant. However, I had an extremely disappointing experience with a receptionist named Maida. Her behavior was unprofessional, confrontational, and unnecessarily rude. Hotels must remember that customer experience is the foundation of hospitality — and unfortunately, her attitude left a very poor impression. Someone with such a hostile and dismissive approach should not be in a customer-facing role. I genuinely would have loved to return to this stunning hotel, but due to the lack of proper training and the unacceptable conduct of this staff member, I will likely choose a different place next time.

Garden Very old property , very small Room , location too far from the Center , very poor breakfast. Sea view room without sea view .

The ambiance. The quiet garden. The friendly staff. Nothing. We have stayed before and will stay again.

Beautiful view of the French Riviera. Secure parking. Great location being close to the town of Sainte Maxime. There seemed to be a few insects in the bathroom crawling around the floor
