A favorite where we've returned! Good bike storage, nice staff, no elevator but elegant rooms, old school charm, great location near the beach and restaurants. The hotel restaurant is too pricy for us. BK was over priced, also, largely due to inadequate replenishing of OJ, scrambled eggs, and plates. This might be an unusual situation, so don’t want to dis the BK in general based on this one occurrences.

Great location - especially if you don't have a car. Ferry and bus very close. Very convenient for everything. Silly but stair carpet needs changing. First impressions count!

Convenient location, friendly and proactive staff. We would like to thank the front desk for arranging a room upgrade and an early check-in, as my husband was not feeling well that morning. Rooms are accessable by stairs only. A kettle would be handy, especially in winter.

Staff could not arrange for a taxi to take us to the Harbor to get on a boat. It was less than 1/2 a mile but my wife is unable to walk that far and we had luggage to carry too. I had to make several walking trips with the luggage and one trip to help her. We were more than willing to pay for the Taxi an extra fee be cause of the short trip, but the hotel said they could not make the arrangement.

The girls at the reception were lovely however there was an older lady handling both the reception and restaurant. Very rude and didn’t help us eat at the hotel restaurant even though we stay at the hotel

Perfect location in front of the harbor of Saint Maxime. You have everything you need by walk, no need to use a car. The room has a beautiful view with the Saint Tropez Gulf as countryside. The room are a bit noisy and not sound proof. With the high season you can hear what’s outside.
