And do not tell me I was late, I arrived at 22.59 while your listed check-in deadline was 23.30 No respect for customers whatsoever !

We waited almost two hours for the code and was only be able to check in at 6 PM. P.S: The window in our room was broken, it can't be closed.

Good location. Very clean. Good towels and bedding. Ac works nice. There is no front desk. Self check-in. If you have difficulties at the check-in, it is laborious to get help—long response time and not very responsive. Wifi doesn't work in the room (upstairs) and we only got the password the next day. Would go back but would ensure to get good communications with them before booking.

There was supposed to be free parking on site but as it turned out their parking can also be full and then you have to park further away in the neighborhood. So don't assume that it is possible on site, that is not true. In addition, there was no one present during check-in (at 3 p.m.), it was very very noisy and they let music blare through the hallway until the early hours of the night. They were supposed to give me a discount for that but that turned out to be nothing, plus they cancelled my reservation with Booking.com, while I had just stayed overnight and had already paid. In this way they are scamming Booking.com because this way they don't have to pay them a fee. I have repeatedly asked them politely to fix it but I only get hateful responses. So watch out, they are lazy scammers who can be very unfriendly and mean when push comes to shove. There is now a complaints procedure with Booking.com to force them to put my booking back.

The towels and secure parking. It was comfortable and secure and within easy access of the seafront. Staff were very helpful online. A mini bar was mentioned but not available. We didn't see any staff.

the warm welcome; the check-in process; the delicate interior decoration; the delightful breakfast with fresh fruit from the garden; the quietness of the bedroom (away from the street). The room interior furbishing seemed somehow incomplete : kettle on a table with no available socket, for instance); very limited equipment in the bathroom (no place to hang towels or store toiletry bags).

Staff were very helpful to accommodate when I had a problem with my room booking. They were very friendly and welcoming and the room had a great ocean view! Nothing

Room was spacious and clean. There was an air conditioner which helped us during heatwaves :) Bathroom was also clean, had towels and little bottles of shower gel and hair shampoo. When we booked our stay there was no availabe option to get a breakfast, but when we arrived there, one of the ladies told us, that there is no problem and that they can provide a breakfast next morning, for additional cost. Breakfast was delicious :) Ladies were very helpful and kind. Everything was superb :)
