The MOB HOTEL Saint Ouen welcomes you in the heart of the flea market de Saint-Ouen in its functional and minimalist rooms 1640 feet from the Garibaldi metro station or 2625 feet from the Mairie de Saint Ouen station. Here the wifi is free and available everywhere in the hotel. There are gardens, terraces, organic food in the kitchen and in the rooms and a cultural program throughout the week. All rooms have air conditioning, a palace bed and private bathrooms with organic and natural cosmetics and a hairdryer. Some rooms have a balcony and a lounge/office area. Our organic Italian restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. We take advantage of the library to sit with a good book on the terrace. Great location near the market, large garden and outdoor bar /garden space would be great when the restaurant is open (it was closed in August). Hotel overall has a strong design aesthetic with comfortable rooms.

The hotel is spotless and very cozy. There is no sink in the toilet area, which is a bit inconvenient; to wash your hands, you have to go around the bed and into the bathroom. But these are minor details.

Second stay at this hotel when attending a concert at Stade de France. It’s perfect try located. There was a crazy heatwave when we were there and the AC was most welcome, as was the fridge with complimentary water. Breakfast is great and staff were super friendly, they even made some great recommendations on things to visit.

Hip hotel with nice concept. Family room was great, normal rooms ok. Spent two nights with two bookings because of lack of availability on Hotels.com. From check in to check out it was a big confusion at the reception. At checkin we wanted to sort all the payment for the rooms and the tourist tax for both nights so we did. A couple of hours later we got a call from the reception asking us to come down and pay, apparently one room was not paid even though I asked when we arrived. So we went down to pay. The next morning when checking out of the first room the receptionist said the tourist tax is not paid. We had a discussion, showed the payment on our bank, she showed the computer and it ended with her apologising saying it was a mistake by them, everything is paid. We had problems with the parking garage. We were able to book for one day but not the next. The receptionist instructed us to sort it on their ipad in the reception, it did not work when we arrived, nor in the evening or the next day. The receptionist assured us that this is no problem and it will be sorted when we check out. At check out the last day the receptionist ask how our stay was. I said that it was good exept for the garage and the confusion with payments. He answered “it will get worse”. Again we had the discussion about tourist tax. We ended up paying for tax for tree nights on our bank but for two in their system. After me expressing that I was not happy we got the parking for one night free and 50 cent discount for drinks when using my 10 € voucher. Not impressed!

Very eco focused and comfortable. In a great location A mini fridge would’ve been nice and more places to put stuff.
