The most important for me is cleanliness in the toilet/bathroom; and was perfect clean! Not enough toilet paper for 2 people but it was delivered as quickly as reported to staff. Breakfast quality is depend on staff who is working in the kitchen. On my first day of stay breakfast was fantastic, on the second day most of visitors were complaining of shortage of bread, butter, crossaints and marmolade. I payed for 2 double rooms with AC. It was middle of July 2026, the hit outside was terrible. Air conditionind worked very well in the building but not in my rooms on the 4th floor. When we arrived there was problem with the key to garage, They didn't work. We lost a lot of time by replacing them in the reception couple times. Finaly, we park our car in garrage because the local people arrived and they opened garage for us using own key.

Location was good, breakfast was good Some of the staff were not very helpful. Due to some confusion with our booking, we had to change rooms and I really appreciated the hotel's understanding regarding the room change, but in the rush I accidentally left my Bose headset in the previous room. About 10 minutes after we left the hotel, I called the reception to report it. The receptionist assured me that she would take care of it. However, over the next four days, no one could give us a clear update. We were repeatedly told that they would check with the head housekeeper, but nothing seemed to happen. Eventually, my husband discovered that no one had actually spoken to the head housekeeper about the missing headset. The lack of communication and follow-up was very disappointing. A simple and timely investigation could have made a big difference.

Breakfast was nice, and clean room and bathroom, location great The parking bays are small who could not park the car there. Please advise people before they booked with you. But there is a 24h car park not too far which we use. Air conditioning system not really fonctionning for me. I know that said it’s not “Versailles”. But I felt a bit hot at times. The heat in Paris is another level Please those single bed size have to be reviewed.

I came to Paris to see two BTS concerts and I am immensely grateful to this hotel to make the experience super smooth for me The location is very well connected, within a five minute walk there are two Metro Lines (M13, M14) which bring you to the city centre in 20 minutes, or directly to Orly Airport if you fly from there. The hotel is also one station away from the Stade de France, so absolute perfection if you came for the concert/football match. Also as a solo female traveler, it was essential for me to return back to the hotel from the stadium after the concert safely and fast and I didn’t encounter any problems and felt relaxed. The room had everything I need, it was clean, well maintained and I felt very comfortable! Merci beaucoup pour votre accueil! All was fine
