Hôtel Le Beau Séjour

We booked a room for two adults and an eight-year-old girl. We arrived late at night and were given a room with two small beds. Fortunately, the person at the front desk was very helpful and did everything possible to move us to a more suitable room (the last one available).

Love the location. And they gave me a beautiful room on the top floor overlooking the ocean, which was just incredible. The room was clean comfortable, and the staff were amazing.

Location only I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The room was not clean at all – the floor was full of dust, and if you walk barefoot your feet literally turn black. The furniture and cabinets are extremely old, giving the room an uncomfortable and unpleasant feeling. Although the hotel has floors accessible by elevator, we were given a room that could only be reached by long stairs. The staff saw that we had big bags, but instead of offering help, she just made jokes and laughed about it, which was very unprofessional. On top of that, there were no convenient electric sockets near the bed or a chair. The only socket available was near the TV, with unsafe distributors attached, which didn’t feel safe at all. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel.

The location is just perfect. You are in front of the beach and have a spectacular view through the window. AC worked out well and staff are friendly and helpful. Balcony is a great assat. All facilities look dumped, not maintained since built. Old stairs, elevator, bad and unpleasant smell through the hallways, old unfinished walls in the rooms, too small toilet. You can't fully open the door of the toilet because the bed was too close.

Needs a bit of decor or character in the rooms, but suited us just fine! Would've loved a kettle. In any case, 1000% would return.

The location is perfect and only a short walk to everything! Stunning views from the front entrance. The rooms need updating badly but it’s fine as the location makes up for it.

Location, nice staff, quite spacious room with sea view balcony. The bathroom was a little bit uncomfortable and the elevator of the building very small.

Superb location looking over the beach of St. Raphaël. Staff really friendly and the cafe/bar downstairs has a great selection of drinks and service is courteous and efficient. A Balcony room on the 4 floor is the best! Lift is a tight squeeze!

The view. The staff. The location. There was an insect in the toilet and very few ants in the bathroom. They come from small holes in the wall.
