The location, the room, the bar. Problems with plumbing meant that there was no cold water in the stand alone shower, although it was possible to shower in the bath. There were issues with the lights flickering. The air conditioning was substandard and it’s extremely hot on the stairs and upstairs corridors. Apparently air conditioning is going to be overhauled after the summer, which it desperately needs. The room was cool and comfortable.

Perfect location. Our room was hot but they immediately brought us a portable AC. Hotel AC was fixed the next day and worked fine. The only things that I would suggest, there was not enough room for hanging clothes, there was barely enough room to walk between the bed and wall to get to the bathroom. The staff speaks very little English so have your phone translator ready. There are no "sea" views", just a view of the little harbor across the street.

Location. Clean rooms with a wonderful shower. The air conditioning unit was broken so they put in a portable one with a large hose out the window. So it was very noisy with the window open which was unavoidable. The waiter who served us outside was just rude. We were not tempted to stay longer.
