The staff were amazing, super friendly and accommodating. The hotel was close to the train station, ferry and right across from beach which was convenient. We didn’t eat at hotel, but there is an incredible Boulangerie/patisserie right out front! The room was beautiful and we even had our friend with us and had enough room, even if it was tight. The room had a smell, not too offensive. My companions loved the refill water station, but I thought it tasted moldy. The window wouldn’t latch closed, so we could never get the room cold enough. The staff were kind enough to give a a sheet and we slept on top of the comforter.

Excellent location Worst staff I ever seen! Gave us the wrong room and were not willing to fix the mistake and us to the room we had payed for. End up sleeping in the floor as we were missing one bed.

Oceanfront, beautiful area with lots of shops and food nearby. AC worked great and kept the room nice and cool.

The location opposite the beach was wonderful. Close to restaurants and marina and also only 5 minute walk to rail station.

It was very clean, the rooms were modern, the staff was extremely friendly (all of them). The location was perfect. The beach was right in front of the hotel. And to top it all off, they have a baobab tree in front of the hotel entrance.

Bedroom nicely laid out and spacious. Kettle with tea and coffee, nuxe products in the bathroom, comfy bed. At night you can ear the waves crashing. 1st floor, not much light coming in despite the sea view. A lot of work going on at the moment on the sea front, which the hotel cannot do anything about.

Room and bed comfort Limited air-condition use in the breakfast saloon .

From the moment we arrived, Faustine, the General Manager, was so welcoming and helpful and did everything to make our stay enjoyable. The location is perfect, right next to the beach and so many lovely restaurants to choose from. Breakfast was really good. Slim, the guy who sorted breakfast out every morning was so kind and warm, nothing was too much trouble. Slim made us and our dog so welcome every morning. Faustine, Slim, Claudia and Sofia are a credit to the company. Nothing.

Clean and close to downtown. Spacious rooms. I didn’t have breakfast, but my travel companions said it was overpriced for what was provided.

Location. Staff. Cleaners. The lack of dressing table or shelves to put your makeup perfume etc on. And wee table beside bed was absolutely far too small. The
