Hôtel La Tartane Saint -Tropez

Excellent location , free hotel luxury shuttle, great service , amazing breakfast ! Nice touch to have turn down service Find it a bit expensive for what it has to offer. There is no gym or spa . Also if your room is next to the restaurant and pool, in the night until midnight there is loud music from Gaia restaurant.

Great location, great staff. Rooms are a solid 4 star property. Room was very good. Very small rooms Pool needs to be painted, pool floor paint chipping up.

I guess the swimming pool was due for renovation before the summer season, paint is cracking, it’s just a bit of a negative but it doesn’t spoil the stay!

The vibe and staff were excellent! It was in a great location too, which made it easy and quick to get around. Overall, it’s a nice hotel just not sure if it’s 5 star. There was a black stain on our sheets on night 1, which I’m sure came from the washing machine, but no one wants to get into bed with any sort of stains (especially at a 5 star hotel) so we found this to be unacceptable. Beyond that, we had so many ants in our room - over the course of 5 nights, we probably killed 40+ ants across the floor of room and some on our bed. This made things extremely uncomfortable for our stay as we prioritize cleanliness and this didn’t feel clean. We brought it up to management who said they knew of the issue but no further actions were taken - we still were the exterminators for the duration of our stay. We also found a frog hopping in our room on night 3 which made things even more uncomfortable. We can understand the remote location can attract wildlife but don’t think this was acceptable for the price and star rating of the hotel.

Hotel is beautifully designed, surrounded by lush gardens. The restaurant had excellent Thai food. The staff was friendly and professional. We really enjoyed our stay!

Really beautiful hotel. Lovely breakfast and pretty room! Great staff and amazing service. Also offers a shuttle which was really helpful, quick and great. They really went above and beyond to help us and be very friendly. We would love to return next time we go to Saint Tropez. Loved it!! Only small feedback I have was that the pool lunch was not very good - club sandwich was dry and that the room cleaning was really loud outside our room at 8-9am which was frustrating when you’re trying to sleep in. Would be nice with a gym!

The charm Nothing

Beautiful interiors, lovely relaxing feel to the hotel. I stayed here before the refurbishment and love the changes, very chic vibe! Breakfast was amazing every morning definitely worth it! Really cute additions like wellness shots with added magnesium etc! Staff were all so lovely and couldn’t do enough for us, the shuttle into town is such a good bonus too and were always super quick when we called for collection. Also loved the Diptyque bathroom toiletries! Everything was perfect.

Breakfast was great. Staff were very very responsive and attentive. Good shuttle service. Five stars for the staff Very small room. Location - not in the town and not near the beach. Had a lovely day at the beach 100 euros for 2 people on beds. Staff were amazing booking the beach and the shuttle was brilliant taking us and collecting us. Absolutely brilliant - couldnt have been better…. But the location of the hotel means that you need to shuttle there in the first place. It took 20mins to half an hour. Swimming pool at the hotel was beautifully maintained but a small area. Staff really did the best that they possibly could with the situation. Staff excellent!

Staff is really welcoming and careful. The hotel is nice, having a great restaurant and a really good barman. We had an amazing time sipping our cocktails on the pool side. Beaches are near. Complimentary shuttle service will bring you where you need, till 12 pm. You can also enjoy a ride to the beach with EV bicycles offered by the hotel. Perfect place to enjoy St. Tropez and then chilling out at the Hotel. An amazing place.. Mosquito and the area is quite humid, but still manageable.

The hotel is very tranquil, with the rooms set in the beautiful gardens, offering privacy and security. The design of the interiors - the main restaurant and the rooms, is very stylish. The staff were excellent - especially Flavien (manager) and Cornel. Benoit was also very helpful. The Asian restaurant is excellent for dinner.

Exceptional

All of the hotel staff were excellent! Absolutely went above and beyond expectation to find my missing luggage as well as help me with my meals. I am gluten free and dairy free and they did a wonderful job. Everything was wonderful!

I had an amazing experience in Saint Tropez. The hotel is beautiful, very comfortable and cozy. The staff are wonderful. I recommend the hotel 100% they have free shuttle service to the beach clubs and the old town.
