The only issue was with the water pressure in the bathroom. There was either no water coming from the shower tap or it was extremely slow, making it very difficult to take a shower. We informed the concierge about the problem, but unfortunately the same issue remained the next day. Considering that we paid €1,300 for one night, we were disappointed that such a basic facility was not functioning properly. For a hotel at this price level, reliable running water is something guests should be able to expect. Apart from this issue, everything else was great, and we appreciated the quality of the room, the delicious breakfast, and the friendliness of the staff.

Everything was first-class. I have traveled all over the world and have stayed at some top tier resorts & hotels, this quite possibly could be one of the best if not the best. They literally pay attention to every detail. Nothing.

Hotel Byblos is a beautiful property with a nice pool, spa, staff and elegant rooms. The service is amazing and we felt welcomed and accommodated. We had an early arrival so they allowed us to change and store our luggage while we took their free shuttle to the Byblos beach club. We enjoyed a day there by the sandy beach and water in lounge chairs we rented from them. The service at Byblos Beach Club was also wonderful and we had an excellent lunch there. We liked everything about it but be prepared as with nice properties come higher prices. A cocktail was 31€. There are a lot of steps but they bring your luggage and pick it back up at check out time. We definitely will return to Byblos!
