Bed was stiff , no iron at the room you have to iron it yourself at the basement. Complimentary water only when check in not daily supply of water . Also dark room

Location was fabulous. The staff was accommodating. The food was exceptional! Our room was nice, we loved being on the ground level near the pool.

No elevators. Only issue I put DND sign up because I was rushing out and did not secure my items housekeeping still enter my room! I was not happy! To my knowledge nothing was taken but it was the principle! Also someone with the hotel familiar walked in the kitchen and their dog followed. So o didn’t eat from there for rest of my stay.

The hotel bar and pool were nice Not a great experience overall. Bathroom was not cleaned properly, dead flies in the room, bathroom sink not working and flooded. I woke up with bug bites all over my back. They also didn’t help with our bags at all and so my mom and I had to carry our bags up 2 flights of stairs to get to our room. Really disappointed.
