Great location near the old town/city center, free complimentary shuttle service to/from nearby beach clubs, staff helps you make dinner reservations, rooms are clean and spacious and nicely decorated. Charles the driver was superb Front desk staff was polite but not super friendly, but ok overall. Wifi was a bit slow.

This room was defined as a Junior Suite. However it was on 2 levels. The bedroom was on a loft with very steep and narrow stairs. This should be disclosed as it was very impractical and a bit dangerous. I would not stay in this room again.

The desk staff was very good and helpful in setting reservations and making suggestions. The breakfast at Yaka was especially nice. The location was great as well. Not a thing.

I liked everything about this hotel. I just stayed in 22 different hotels and this was in the top 3, and I couldn't chose which is best. From all of the attention to detail in the hotel, to the location of it, simply everything was excellent, and we will be going back for a longer stay in the not-too-distant future.

We really loved our stay at Hotel Le Y. The location is perfect, just far enough away from the main avenues so it feels a bit quiet, but close enough to walk everywhere. The staff is so on point! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. We loved the car service to Pampelonne beach. That was really key! Also the smell of the candles or whatever they have in the lobby smells amazing. The rooms were so perfectly clean and comfortable and decently sized with lots of closet space and storage. The price is also great for this location and service. The decor of the room felt a little sparse. It could benefit from maybe an accent wall or some wall paper maybe just to give the room a bit more depth and coziness. There aren't many amenities like an onsite bar or restaurant.
