Very nice and cozy, close to Saitama Arena which is where i needed to be. Very peaceful and quiet. I paid about $150 for an overnight stay at what im pretty sure is a love hotel. This was not advertised to me. If its just a love hotel its fine but they charged way too much for what i thought was a regular hotel.

Clean. Comfortable bed. Large showering area. Close to train station. Staff willing to help/assist. We were not aware that we could not keep our things in the room during the day without paying a fee. This was somewhat distressing upon arrival. It was not a problem for us to pack up our things and be gone for the day, but this information was not on the hotel's website or on Booking's website anywhere. The language barrier (English-Japanese) made resolving this issue somewhat difficult.

The room was pretty clean and the bathroom area was nice The lightbulbs kept turning on and off. Is like the room was haunted or in need of an electrician.
