Everything was great stuff is exceptional Room was a bit too small

The hotel was great. Beds were comfortable and rooms were beautiful but ours was small. We loved the concierge! Super helpful with reservations, taxis etc. Our friend in parking was awesome! We also loved the spa and pool. Wish we had better lake views from the pool area and room.

Everything was perfect

From the moment we arrived, the experience was outstanding. The staff were waiting for us at the parking area, immediately assisting with our luggage before we even checked in. We were welcomed warmly, offered fresh juice and water, and never had to wait at the front desk — everything was handled smoothly and professionally. When we entered our room, we found beautiful welcome gifts including chocolate, juice, and wine. As we do not drink wine, we returned it, and they kindly replaced it with another thoughtful gift. At checkout, they surprised us again with water, honey, and even a lovely perfume. The team is truly amazing — professional, generous, and genuinely caring. One of the best hospitality experiences we have ever had. Highly recommended! Nothing

Our stay at MUSA Lago di Como was absolutely outstanding. The location is breathtaking — right on the lake, with stunning views and a serene atmosphere that made every moment special. The service was truly exceptional, attentive yet discreet, and every member of the team made us feel warmly welcomed. Everything from the design of the property to the food and overall experience exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed our stay so much and can’t wait to come back — a perfect Lake Como escape.

This was the most exceptional experience I’ve had anywhere in the world. The hotel, the staff, the service, the food, the cocktails, the commitment to excellence, the attention to fine details, the creativity, and the uniqueness make it truly magnificent.

The staff at the hotel were all very helpful abd friendly. Lovely to get a cold towel and drink on arrival. The room size was small (superior room)

Small and boutique away from the craziness. Ferry stop in front of hotel (but prepare for ferries to be full!) They had a wedding on our last night which was an outside booking. The wedding party took over the whole hotel until late which meant that residents could not use the outside terrace or restaurant. This left us with only our room. There was no warning of this. They essentially sold the hotel twice - once for the residents and once for the wedding. Unacceptable in a five star hotel.

Nice views from the lobby and room. Food was interesting and quite good. Very comfortable bed. Staff was indifferent and barely acknowledged our existence. Staff simply hid behind desks and bars, not fixing obvious problems. This was common with front desk, bar, concierge. Pool area was dirty and unkept. Towels were everywhere with dirty dishes and food on 3 tables. There was no security policing of the pool where an extremely intoxicated man was a danger to himself, as well as scaring away others due to his behavior. The bar area had uncleared tables sitting for hours, as did the outside patio. Rooms are not well insulated. We could hear footsteps, doors, people in the hallway all night. Our room was not clean on arrival with a dirty diaper left in the bathroom. Mini fridge did not work.

The best place to stay in come if you want to enjoy the lake away from the tourist madness.

Poor choice and expansive Too small room for 5* hotel and for charge... Loud music in garden playing til midnight. Loud A/C blowing all the time during night.

All good You reserve a dinner table a week ahead, reconfirm the same day and the reservation is forgotten , they seat you at a pull in table … at the end of the evening you notice that the table you were at plus some others have been free all evening … no 5* service
