Clean, quiet, place to spend the night

There were dirty socks under the bed. There was a dirty towel under the air conditioner. The room smelled dank and moldy. The bathroom had mildew around the tub and damp damaged walls around the tub. One of the floorboards was loose and a trip hazard as well as dirty. The shower walls were streaky with soap scum and the tub corners had pink serratia. The door knob plate was dirty and smudged with fingerprints. Slept there and couldn’t leave soon enough. Would have gone to the holiday inn next door but the room was not refundable. Would not stay here again!

Mostly the location and the gym area. I didn't like that the treadmill was stuck in demo mode. Everything else was fine.

The hotel was convenient and clean. Breakfast was decent, and had good protein (eggs, sausages). Staff was mostly helpful. However, the hot tub/spa wasn't working for the 2nd time in a row, although I specifically called to confirm that it was working this time and they said yes. This is very important for me because I have fibromyalgia & a bad back, so hydrotherapy really helps ease my pain from the nearly 3 hr. drive from San Antonio. There was a gentleman who had a bad back that was also very frustrated about the issue. I told the front desk clerk, who said she would come fix it, but never showed.

1 bed room. Had a large empty space on the side. But there was no sofa or lounge chair. Only a rolling desk chair, not suitable for relaxing while watching TV. Had to lay on the bed. And no clock, of course - standard non-equipment these days...

Excellent stay. Clean room. DIRECTV would not work. We called down and they were up to the third floor in three minutes to get it going. Good people!

The first room I was in had a weird melted liquid all over the inside of the fridge. Additionally, the hot tub was barely hot- maybe 94 degrees. I asked for a partial refund based on the battery making me move rooms in the middle of the night issue and it was refused. I asked to speak to a manager and the front desk staff took my name and number and I haven't heard back. I can't find a phone number for the hotel anywhere to call myself.
