Great location, walkable to all sites in old town but not on busy center streets. Excellent quality at good price. Good night’s sleep. Eager to return on next visit to Salamanca. No negatives in my experience here. (A typical American’s observation: no coffee in room!)

Not much! We booked a junior suite. The first room we were given had a terrible odor in the bathroom and a loud buzzing sound coming out of the closet. The second room had so many stains on the carpet it was disturbing. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable as were the pillows. Parking is a nightmare. If you park on the street, you have to buy a parking ticket every two hours as that is the longest you can pay for. This really cuts into your sightseeing time! If you are a stunt driver and not claustrophobic I suppose you could park in their garage. For these reasons, would not recommend and would never stay here again.

The location was near tours we wanted to take. Restaurants and a grocery store were within walking distance. We needed a laundromat and that was within a 10 minute walk. The shower was good. We had an electric kettle, but no coffee or cream. How I wish hotels would go back to offering bar soap instead of liquid soap. Breakfast was OK. Hot selections were limited. The hotel staff spoke limited english, but we managed to communicate our needs.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff, huge nice bathroom, big window that open although not much of a view. Comfortable beds, plenty of storage. Clean and comfortable, walkable distance to almost anything in town. We declined breakfast as we had to leave before it opened and a bit expensive. Would have liked a little more lighting.

Having a receptionist to ask questions and get recommendations from. No coffee readily available 24-7, either in the room or lobby.
