Everything was fantastic, from the staff at the reception, the environment, and location.

Comfortable and convenience. Modern and spacious room. Nice quiet bar and excellent value dinner menu 18 Euros for three courses. Reception staff were not particularly friendly. They didn’t ask if we wanted breakfast and we only saw a very small notice of breakfast price on checking out. ( Our fault for not asking I suppose).

Room and bathroom were in very good condition. Bed mattress was a bit on the soft side, but still good for a queen bed. We had a very quite room on the 4th floor with a nice view to a park. Breakfast was relatively cheep compared to other similar hotels and we got what we paid for.

Lack of basic amenities like hot water kettle in the room. The bed was not very comfortable. The A/C most probably was non-functional which made the room very stuffy (you can open a window but that is not what you paid for and sometimes there is a lot of noise from the dog park across the hotel).

clean and comfortable room in good location. The room description listed a refrigerator and a mini bar but there were none.

The standard Booked a shuttle and the front desk gave us the wrong time so then had to take a taxi. They did not email us until after the shuttle left

The hotel is near the center. The way the personal at breakfast treated us.

Recaulking the tub would be a great idea.

We found that the hotel is doing more for coach parties,alot of people, the personnel touch has been lost. Found the coach party was noisy,taking over the room.

Clean and spacious room with everything you need- a safe, fridge, toiletries, etc. Its within walking distance of the old town. Room has several mirrors which came in handy when preparing for an event ? The room was a bit dim, but wasn’t a major issue.

Location is great, easy walk into the center. Great value Decor a bit dated, mini fridge did not really cool and a kettle would have been nice.

Gran Hotel Corona Sol is a beautiful hotel. It is a full service 4-star hotel that is well equipped for groups and also wonderful for couples like us. Our hotel room was spacious as was the bathroom. The beds were very comfortable, the Wi-Fi worked great. The hotel staff was very gracious and accommodating. The restaurant offered typical Spanish traditional cuisine and soups which were delicious. The breakfast buffet was extensive. It was a 10-to-15-minute bus ride to the Basilica, University and historical Plaza Mayor Old Town area and a ten-minute return by taxi. We highly recommend this hotel for a most comfortable and pleasant stay.

Good location The bathroom was infested with silverfish. During the night, 10-15 of them came out of the bathroom drains. Also, the AC wasn't working properly and the mini bar took too long to cool anything
