The room was a bit small, so I couldn't open my luggage easily if I wanted to walk in the hallway.

Location is very near yo old town There is neither any cup or paper-cup or kettle. Very inconvenient. The edges and corner of the room was very dusty and with hairs. The seat of toilet have urine stain

Location We had to change room during first night due to noise emanating from the bathroom. Second night we had noise from the plumbing in the next room when they used their bath and shower at 12.30!

The breakfast is good. The location is also good, as we did all the tours on foot. The hotel cannot be seen as a four star hotel, as it has rooms with tiny bathrooms. Be careful, as during the shower it is almost impossible to turn your body without touching the walls. The WiFi internet does not work in the room. I had to go down to the hotel lobby to use my laptop and my family's cell phones. I had problems with the safe running out of batteries. I had to call a technician to open it.

Stayed here several times now and the location is excellent for the Plaza Major and easy access in and out of the City. The room was very good but it is used for group tour bookings so can get very busy in reception, just go next door for a beer while they clear the group. Because of the tour group booking breakfast is very busy and it can take some time to replenish some items. As I have said in previous reviews the location of different foods is spread about in several locations within the breakfast area causing people to be walking around and getting in each other's way.

Warm welcome from reception. Loved my room with good outlook overlooking busy street but sound isolation excellent. Room spacious and felt luxurious in an older fashioned manner. Very clean. Very comfortable. Very quiet. Very good nights sleep. Good value for money. I would stay again.
