Excellent location to walk around the old center of Salamanca. Very good and varied breakfast. Quiet room facing the inside of the building. Parking around the corner on a separate business. Air conditioning did very little to cool the room. Instructions to use the WiFi were not readily provided at check-in. I never got the WiFi to work, but I never checked with the reception.

The hotel room itself had recently been redone and was perfect clean modern Construction at every level involving the elevator shaft was somewhat disruptive. The breakfast hall hasn’t been updated since 1954.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel location was really convenient, very close La Plaza Mayor and the center of the town. Isabel at the lobby helps everybody make reservations and book tours.

Perfect location to walk the city centre. Staff was very friendly at checkin. Big bathrooms and excellent shower.

The hotel is located a short walk from the Plaza Mayor. It was clean. Everything in the room functioned well. The staff was courteous and professional. My "deluxe" room had a kettle to heat water. The breakfast buffet was very nice--varied and well-maintained. There is not a lot of sound-proofing in the room. I could hear voices from the next room quite clearly--though, happily, not at a late hour. I did have one disturbing experience: about 8:30 at night, I could hear someone trying to open my door. It turned out that a couple had been assigned the same room. Happily for me, their key card did not actually unlock my door. I was surprised that such a mistake could happen.

A wonderful hotel located in the center of Salamanca. The hotel exceeded our expectations. The rooms are very clean, the breakfast is wonderful, I especially want to highlight the kindness of the receptionists. I recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to have a wonderful stay in Salamanca. /

Hotel is beautiful, very conveniently located and very affordable. Its minutes walk from all tourist destinations but at the same time it’s located in the very quiet spot. Breakfast was ok, typical but overall I highly recommend this place

Good effort but the triple room was a bit weird. Lacking chairs and hooks.

Nice breakfast and great location! Because the building doesn't have many windows sometimes it smelled a bit musty, even though the property is well kept and clean.

Well-located for what we were doing, we had a renovated room with a balcony, the staff was nice, and the breakfast was fine. The hotel is currently actively renovating which means that at 7:30am on the dot the workers start. The laundry service is very expensive. The spa is offsite. Apparently large groups commonly stay here and take over the breakfast area.

Superb

Comfortable room in a good location. Breakfast included was good. Great to be able to leave bags. By the time we arrived for breakfast (towards the end) there was limited food available. Being limited spanish speakers we couldn't really ask for more. So maybe arrive earlier for breakfast.
