the room was cute and the bathroom was well equipped there wasn't conditioner but there was shampoo and body wash and in general it was nice. The bed was comfortable and the tv worked. air conditioning is not great. i also could not find a micowave in the building. the room also doesn't cycle air very well. i also found a dirty wrapper in my sheets when i arrived so im not sure how clean it was.

We loved the really original decor! Everything else was great too - service, cleanliness, comfort.

Location is very central, nice view, comfortable and clean enough. EXTREMELY noisy all night until the morning. The noise from people partying is extreme and the windows are not thick enough to provide sound (or temperature) insulation. As soon as the partying is done the loud noise from street cleaning trucks begins. Bit of a rough night for one member of our family who could not wear earplugs. The windows are not well insulated and were completely drenched with condensation in the morning and because they are so damp there is mold (discovered in the morning after seeing how wet the windows were). Room needs a bit of a renovation. Quite expensive for what you get.

The location was very good and central. The check-in process was easy and smooth. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The room door uses a traditional key instead of a card, which felt a bit outdated. There was no safe inside the room. The elevator was old and very small.

The cushions wasn’t comfortable

The room was nice at night between 23:00 - 02:00 am some staff members did some sort of work in the hotel, they moved between the rooms and the different floors speaking loudly and shouting to each other, they slammed the doors and moved furnitures making it impossible to sleep.

This property is located very near the Plaza Mayor. Dining, shopping, and visiting the cathedrals in the university district were all within a comfortable walking distance. Our room had two balconies overlooking the busy foot traffic below, yet was quiet enough for sleeping. Our room was not spacious, but we only spent sleeping time there.

Very clean facilities. The room exceeded expectations for a 2-star hotel. Excellent value. Plus, its location next to Plaza Mayor is unbeatable. The system of opening room and then having to insert key card in switch. When coming at night, you open door but cannot lock door from inside the room since there is no light. You cannot insert the key in the lock since you cannot see. This needs to be improved.

Elevator only went to the third floor and we were on the fourth floor.

I didn't hear any noise from other room. The staff was very kind. There is half of glasses door at bath tube . Shower curtain will be better .

Excellent location and affordable for budget conscious travelers. You can hear the plumbing in the unit next to yours. Generally not a problem, except when partiers return after a night of reveling and take a shower at 2:00 a.m. I guess I’m up now!

Excellent location. It’s the perfect place to visit Salamanca. It’s near everything and a 10imute walk from the local train station. The rooms are small, but they’re great for a short stay in the city.

Friendly and helpful staff. They allowed an early check in, which was super helpful. The room was comfortable and had a small enclosed balcony, although some of the views were blocked by signs that the hotel put on the glass. The location is excellent for seeing all the main sites and there are great food and drink options all around. I rated the value a bit lower, but think I paid more than the usual price because there were local festivities for San Sahagun happening while we were in town. So I guess the extra money was offset by the free entertainment due to the festivities. Despite the balcony and central location, with shades closed, was able to sleep easily with minimal noise. Would like the signs removed from the glass balconies so the views can be better enjoyed.

Alao, the room was dark when the blinds were shut and quiet.
