The location is right in town. There is a coffee shop next door. There is a great Italian restaurant around the corner. The room is cozy and kind of small. The bedding and towels were nice. They offered to keep our luggage after we checked out until we were ready to leave. There were steep stairs going up to the check-in, but that's all. Overall, it was a great place to stay. We walked from the bus station, but the walk wasn't the easiest with our luggage because of the uneven cobblestones.

On my second stay I was placed next to a man who smashed doors and windows until 3 AM. I would not try it again.

A good basic, clean hotel conveniently located in the old city center. No refrigerator or hot water for tea. Two keys were not available for a friend and I traveling together. No one at the desk after 9pm so we had to coordinate our activities and share the key.

Good location; bathroom in the room; good restaurants and shopping close by, including a large food market. Nice, safe location. Next to Plaza Mayor. We had to drag our luggage up the stairs to the first floor. After that, there was an elevator. If someone has a physical disability, this place would be challenging.

The location is great! The major attractions of the city are conveniently a short distance to walk to! There was nothing I felt unhappy with during my stay!

Location is great. Less than 1 min from Plaza Mayor. My room was an attic room with only one small window high up. It was cramped, and there was no view. Additionally, the hotel does not have an elevator, so you have to carry large suitcases up the stairs yourself. The staff helped carry it up to the fourth floor, but it was still quite exhausting.

The location is great, right off of the square, and the price was reasonable compared to other nearby hotels. Although the single room was small and a bit worn, it was clean and adequate for one person. The view from the window was into a neighbor's window, which was almost within reach.
