Great location, quite and comfortable

The apartment are located in the center of the old part of the city, walking distance to the cathedral. There are plenty of places to eat nearby. Our room was spacious, clean, and feature a microwave and a kitchenette. The host was very responsive. Will recommend. It would be very helpful if the hosts could send a map in advance showing how to get to the apartments and the parking garage by car. Google Maps are absolutely useless for this.

Extending our stay for an extra night proved to be somewhat laborious… and required a couple of visits to their off-site

Place is in a strict city center , batroom in the room could be renovated a bit but it was overall good for one night. Big plus for accepting dogs , only disatvantage was that there is no acess by the car to the hotel. So we had to park the car in nearby hotel parking and carry our bags to the hotel.

The location was amazing - a stone’s throw from the magnificent Plaza Mayor The access procedure was unfamiliar to me and was a little stressful but the staff sorted everything out efficiently

We had to go back to Portugal in the middle of the night because they tried to charge us 17.50 for parking on top of what we paid for the room (which supposedly included parking, and it was why we chose it). Staff was unhelpful and tried to blame us for not calling ahead of time and making a reservation for the parking spot ??

it was a warm, quiet and well localized place, very clean. Prety near to the Plaza Mayor (about 30 meters) and the others famous places to visit in the historical center, you can stay there and walk atound all historical downton without car. We cannot have access to the property by car, and with lugage it’s a little bit hard, we also does not have someone working to receive us and talk at the phone they does not provided great info to us.

Superb

excellent location, our room was noise proof. The air conditioning only worked the first night of our two days stay so it was very warm and uncomfortable on our second night. we couldn’t sleep.

Check in is completely digital, which was great for me but if you don't have a cell connection it could be a problem. I liked not having to deal with anything. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and well insulated from the noise outside. My room was on the street and I didn't hear anything. One of the rooms (we rented 2) heating didn't seem to be working but that didn't bother me. Both rooms had a mini fridge but no other kitchen facilities. Parking was non-existent. The location is right in the city centre near everything you might want to see.For the price you pay you can't ask for more. From the info page on the ad and the images I got the idea that I would have some small kitchen facilities and parking included. The rooms had a small mini fridge which was nice but nothing more. There isn't any parking at all, I guess when they say parking they mean that parking exists in the area. The nearest parking is about a 5-10 minute walk from there and is paid. I ended up paying 17€ for parking my car overnight. The exterior noise insulation is good but you can hear everything your neighbours are doing, even practicing their Spanish on Duolingo. In the end, it's cheap, clean and comfortable and for that price you can't expect more.

Price Location You get what you pay for.

Not a lot No personal experience. NO parking or help to figure that out. Cold, bad odor, sink broken.

You could hear pretty much everything happening inside other rooms, check out was confusing and contradictory, there was a paper on the desk stating to put the key card there (under the paper, on the desk, in some drawer? very vague), yet on the help section of the tablet (put just above the table), it said to leave the card inside the room where we had found it.

Not much space for eating and only one chair!

We filtered for parking, breakfast and bath. The place said it had all of these, but it had none! I did not have what we asked for. Photo below of bar closed where we were supposed to have breakfast.
