The location was the best part. No serious issues really. Lourdes at reception was so nice. This is a tired old hotel that could use some updating.

Fantastic and very friendly personnel eager to answer any questions about their beautiful city; they are available to solve any issues, answer any questions to make your stay a wonderful one. Check in was a breeze. Clean, perfectly located hotel, right in the center of it all. Steps away from everything; The University, The Cathedral, important monuments, sites, restaurants, stores and pharmacies. Would be wonderful if there was a buffet breakfast available.

The location is excellent and close to all attractions in the historic city center of Salamanca. The staff is very friendly. The room was quite spacious, even for a family with a kid, and everything was clean. The breakfast is the sad note. At least the hotel should refer to it as a "continental breakfast" because there's nothing fresh, no fruits, no natural juice, only one option of cheese and ham, and packaged stuff.

Great location, two minutes walk from Plaza Mayor. Comfortable and unpretentious, the staff were very helpful. Would definitely stay here again. I have no complaints.

Spacious room, clean and comfortable bed, good wifi connection, you have almost everything you might need and we appreciated any small touch like complimentary cold water in the refrigerator. First of all, after checking out of the hotel, the train to Segovia left late in the afternoon, so we had to wander the streets with all our luggage for a few hours. When Francisco heard our situation, he kindly delayed our check-out time, so we could stay at the hotel longer. In this hot weather with temperatures reaching 33-35°C, we felt as if we had met our savior. On the morning of the check-out, we were surprised to see another staff member at the reception instead of Francisco, but he already knew our situation and reassured us. I was once again impressed by their meticulous attention to customer service. I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Francisco and all the staff members once again. ?????????
