Perfect location for getting to know the city, with everything close by. No problems with the automatic entrance system

The virtual keys were really cool. Doors open using the phone. The breakfast was good. There was a problem with the window shutter, and someone came promptly and fixed it. Location was top notch, right above a main square. Lots of late night revelers, so windows need to be shut!

The location was acceptable. The room was very dirty and the hotel was extremely noisy, making it impossible to rest. During the night the electricity went out and there was no light at all. The parking situation was terrible – the parking is located in a completely different hotel and accessing it feels like a complicated quest. This is unacceptable for guests arriving late or after a long trip. The property is also not prepared for guests traveling with dogs.

Location is great, but hard to get to by car. Listing implied that parking was included, but it costs €17-€19 per day and is not on site of the hotel. There is no front desk, so no person to get help from. Listing said A/C was included, but the unit only had heat, and the room was stuffy. We couldn't open the windows, because the room opened to the street, and it was noisy and not private. Also, the booking suggested that there would be a double bed, but the room only had two twin beds.

We arrived early, we were able to check bags at a nearby hotel. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean, ideal location. Elevator noise could be heard even though it was down the hall. Also plumbing was a bit noisy.

Also, you still have to present IDs even though you have already checked-in online. So don’t bother yourself 2. Rooms are missing some cutlery: you have nothing to stir the provided sugar with 3. No fridge 4. Some construction works began at around 9 AM.

Beautiful, very tidy room, comfortable bed, good shower, but best of all an AMAZING roof terrace with wonderful views, ideal location at the very heart of the city. Exceeded all my expectations at a very good price point. Staff didnt respond to whatsapp, didnt see any staff during the stay. Walls and doors are paper thin, so if you have noisy neighbours, I recommend earplugs. Breakfast was medocre and a second cup of coffee was charged separately. No fridge in the room.

Great value. Great location in old centre. Need some degree of smartphone knowledge to work out the virtual keys and check in set-up . Only issue was the noise from the street outside until 4 am with revellers heading home. Too warm to keep the window closed. Would definitely stay here again.

Very good location View towards courtyard was a few of another building 2 m away. Bed was extremely uncomfortable
