The location was perfect, beds comfortable, simple but beautiful room & building, wonderful staff. Nothing!

Location was exceptional. Breakfasts can be better.

Cross to the Plaza Mayor Not ice maker machine

The room was spacious, clean & light, with a decent view. The a/c also worked well. The bathroom was roomy, with a great shower. There was also a Nespresso coffee maker, which ws a bonus. Fantastic, central location at a reasonable price. Everything was wihin easy walking distance & we were not bothered by noise from the street, as we stayed during the week, Information could have been much clearer regarding access to both the hotel & the parking garage (at a neighboring property). Historic center access via car was quite awkward in the historic center of Salamanca. Much of the hotel looks quite tired & worn, however everything worked. Breakfast was pretty mediocre, but better than nothing...

Classy and well located hôtel

Wonderful stay and amenities in the heart of town! They were extremely dog friendly! They even had a gift box for our dog when we arrived! Highly recommend this hotel!

It was hard to find and the gps wasn’t helpful.

We will be back. There was a sewer odor outside the door of the hotel.
-
The hotel does not have a parking facility for the guests.
-
The hotel does not have parking and not air conditioning. You must open the window but the noise of the street does not let you rest.

Hotel was lovely, location was amazing. Was so noisy on Friday and Saturday nights it was hard to sleep.Thankfully on Sunday night it was not so.
-
Excellent location. A little noisy but mostly due to the Easter Festivities. Room comfortable but beds were on the harder side. No major complaints and overall it was a good stay Beds were hard . Extra coffee was not easy to come by when requested

Location and room They were very reluctant to allow later. He k in. They offer me 15 min. It’s low season in Salamanca. The room was 70 and charged me 35 for my 2 kg Yorkie.

This hotel is perfectly located right in the city center, making it incredibly easy to explore everything. We were very well received by the staff, who were professional and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Our waiter was easy to talk to and gave us great hints. The breakfast was good. The room was comfortable, perfectly clean, and equipped with everything we needed, including a kettle, coffee machine and water. There is no on-site parking at the hotel, so we had to use a nearby parking lot. It’s very close to the building, though, so it wasn't an issue at all.

We thought it was an excellent location! Salamanca is a full bore college town. It is within 100 meters of Plaza Mayor. Rue Calle Mayor runs from the Plaza to the cathedral and in the space of a few hundred meters you have the whole city center. We were here for a few days and were entirely on foot. The staff were excellent. They were very responsive to hotel guests needs. The breakfast was well attended to and was by reservation to ensure there was no overcrowding. Safety was a concern to the staff when an awning was damaged as a result of several storms. Caution tape put up, and professionals were called in to mitigate any immediate danger and within a day repairs were being made (I have seen this sort of thing take months to complete). The room is well appointed. Espresso in the room. Windows that open. A bidet! A pillow menu (and my wife used it). Two little chocolates (I ate both). We were a little apprehensive when we booked this hotel because of previous reviewers complaints of the noise in the area from those maniac students. But it was no big deal. We brought some ear plugs and slept nicely. But understand where you are: a college town. And they bring a vibrant vitality that is unique to its own. One morning at about 5 we awoke to some partyers singing a song I never heard at the top of their lungs as they made their way home. It didn’t bother me a bit. But if you politely ask the front desk for some ear plugs I am sure they will oblige. Good job, Soho It’s too close to a chocolate churro place. We had to go twice.
-
good continental There was a lot of noise outside from the street cleaners/delivery men several times in the early hours. But this is something out of the hotels hands.

The staff were very helpful. We had a problem with another booking at a different hotel and they took the time to help us sort it out. It was noisy but we were there over the holiday so understandable

Garage no available, very small room, very simple breakfast
