Perfect place, hard to find but great, wonderful view. That I wasted time trying to find another place.

Good location Difficult to find hotel

Location, location, location! Staff was excellent! Our bed was very comfortable, and although we were on the square when the shutters were recovered, we were shielded from noise and light. The air-conditioning was nice! A glass enclosed bathroom is most uncomfortable. Glass enclosures are for things you want on display. A bathroom is not one of those things. You can’t use the bathroom without turning on a light that disturbs someone trying to sleep. In the room adjacent to ours, when their door opened, we literally saw their toilet from the hall as we passed. What if someone had been on it? Poor interior design.

Beautiful historical location in a beautiful city.

The room was magical, overlooking the amazing lights and sights of Plaza Mayor. It has a lovely mix of old stone and modern furnishings, and was very comfortable. No improvements needed.

One of the nicest and best located hotels I've stayed in. Strategically located in the Plaza Mayor in Salamanca, it's both a hotel with a killer view, but also very well located for tourists and business guests. The staff was outstanding, very helpful and friendly. The room was more than ample space, comfort and super clean. I am so glad I booked here. As a small hotel with 10 rooms it isn't a full service hotel. But the staff filled the concierge role and the lack of a bar and restaurant is not important given the location to all Salamanca offers.

Location is unbeatable . Javier and Angela in particular were impeccable in their customer service. Remarkable in their effort to accommodate us. Like in most European hotels there is no A/conditioning in the spring.

If you're driving park in Colon garage.

The staff were always helpful and amicable, even supplying a microwave when I asked for any options to heat food. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, neatly clean and had a nice mixture between old architecture and new facilities. A bit pricey but I guess that is to be expected with the location. No breakfast option but the complimentary minibar and coffee station in the rooms were a nice touch.

The hotel is in a prime location, our room had a balcony overlooking Plaza Mayor (too bad it was too cold to sit outside) with lots of bars/cafes and restaurants outside the hotel. Everything is walkable distance. Hotel smells really good and is very clean. The bathroom is very spacious. The staff is very pleasant and helpful in their recommendations. If available do not miss to stay at this hotel. Great experience.

EVERYTHING!!!!! I'd read that Plaza Mayor was one of the premier old town plazas in Spain if not Europe but had no idea. We opened the doors to our mini balcony to see a huge lit Christmas Tree in the center of the square. But what's that? The tree lights turned off and a holiday light show started! Great place, great location

Loved loved that our room was directly on Plaza Mayor with stunning view. Room was very comfortable and clean but the view made it an exceptional stay. Hotel has no bar or restaurant but there are tons of options literally outside the door. It’s tricky to find (just a door). Handy taxi stand near by.
