Walking distance to everything Bed was up against a wall, bathroom was tiny
-
Excellent location, few steps from the Plaza Mayor, walking distance to all tourist attractions, many restaurants and transportation. Very friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast. Water pressure of the shower could be better.

The hotel was very nice. Our bathroom was modern, the bed was very comfortable, and we had a balcony overlooking the Plaza. We wished the room had air conditioning.
-
It is in plaza mayor and, if you get breakfast at the hotel, the breakfast room looks out onto the plaza We had a room for four and it was a bit cramped. Also the bathroom door was somewhat see through

Location was great and the staff was accommodating

Tried to get our boarding pass printed here, but their business center didn't have a printer. The receptionist offered to print it if we send it over in an email, which we did, but they never seemed to have received it.

Water pressure was too low.

The location was next to the Plaza Mayor. If you’re looking for action, you’re in the middle of it. The room is exceedingly small. The bed listed downhill on the left side. There was no place to set a suitcase except on the bed itself. The AC did not work and the room was very warm.

Location is quite central. The room that we were given has absolutely nothing to do with the pictures advertised when booking. They are small and pretty run down. There is barely any space to move. We asked if we could get a room with the view but they told us that there were none available (we got a room with a terrible view that additionally did not have any natural light). But the worst thing by far is the lack of noise insulation. It's as if there was no door seperating us from the hallway. We could hear absolutely everything happening in the hallway and the neighboring rooms which obviously made it impossible to sleep. Everyday we were not able to go to sleep until about 1 or 2am and we would be woken up at 6 or 7am by people screaming in the hallway and slamming doors. Sleeping is the most basic thing you expect to be able to do in a hotel and we were not even able to do that. Overall, the stay was extremely disappointing and I would definitely not come back here nor recommend it.

Perfect location right in Plaza Mayor, making it easy to walk everywhere in Salamanca. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

We loved this hotel and its central location. You're right on Plaza Mayor so it's a 5 minute walk to all the major sights (cathedrals, art deco museum, university, etc.). We were lucky to have a view over the square, which was wonderful for people watching and seeing the town light up at night. The breakfast was wonderful, especially the fresh-squeezed orange juice! I would absolutely stay here again. The bathroom door and wall is frosted glass, and the door doesn't lock, so it's a little...personal. The shower was also quite small, but fully functional. That said, I loved this hotel and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Excellent location. The hotel has a wonderful buffet style breakfast. No electric kettle in the room. The refrigerator was full of goodies, but each one came with a price. We missed seeing the QR barcode,

The location is wonderful. It’s right in the middle of everything. The breakfast was delicious as well. The property isn’t very well maintained. There were open holes in the walls, the base boards were rotting and the furniture was scratched up and broken in places. The location is so perfect and the property has so much potential, but it’s falling apart.

Location and breakfast we're superb
-
Near the Plaza and restos.
-
The building was old and needs restoring.
-
Great location. Comfortable bed and a good breakfast. AC was not working. Shower needs renovation. Hair dryer needs to be replaced for a new and stronger one.
-
Only the dining room has windows facing the square; the rooms' windows look out onto the nearby alley.
-
The shower “capsule” is a little bit small for big guy like me. I understand the need to limit the moisture but it should be stated clearly in description.

AC wasn't working when we were there.
