Staff was nice and attentive, any issues I had were quickly resolved. The bed was comfortable for me and great for one person. Personal AC unit that I could control, I didn't need to use it much at all as it's March, but it's probably lovely in hotter months. The location was perfect for me! Plenty to eat in the area, souvenir shops, tourist locations, and bus stops or Taxis are nearby! I really enjoyed the virtual keys as I never had to worry about scrambling to find my key or making sure it was on me. The bathroom wasn't the best. The toilet seat is a bit small for the toilet and not properly attached, so it moves around or the lid will fall down whenever you try to put it up. The toilet is directly facing a wall, with not much space for your legs, and personally I had to angle myself to the right, to even use the toilet. The shower curtain rod isn't screwed in, as it's an adjustable rod that's held in place by the rubber ends. It easily can come down, or at least mine did, when I tried to hang a small towel over the rod. Lastly, each time the toilet is used or flushed, the bathroom is filled with a slight sewage odor. Overall, my only complaint was the bathroom

It is giving cheap motel vibes, not a 2 star hotel. Everything was just fine, but I expected it to be a little more comfortable and nicer than it was. But no specific problem with the hotel, it was just very average.

The AC does not work during the 'winter period'. In fact, in mid October there was too warm to sleep and you can't do much about it. The pillows are hard. So you can get too little comfort for the night. Better to pay more but take the other option.

Location was the best thing The rooms are a bit outdated. Bathroom tiles and floor tiles need re-tiling. Hotel has parking but some places are really small and really tight space when leaving the car park

Excellent position for a city visit and easily found using GPS. I was travelling by motorbike and the garage facility kept it dry and secure. Plenty of cafes and bars in the vicinity so lack of provision in hotel not a problem.

Spacious top floor room with nice rooftop balcony. Very centrally located. Hotel parking was rather cramped.
