The hotel is ideally located for easy walking into the old centre. If travelling with a dog it is directly opposite a beautiful park which also houses a cafe where there is a small menu and great buzz. The room had a distinct smell of the previous dog which wasn't great. I felt that the room had not been serviced well as the soap dispensers were extremely low/empty.

The closeness to the park/location for walking our dog while traveling thru. The breakfast is not great. Pastries old & dry, tortilla cold, scrambled eggs tasted bad & cold too. Granola & yogurt good.

The front desk staff were very accommodating and helpful when they were able. When our room wasn't getting cool enough they first offered us another room (which had the same cooling issue) and then provided us with a fan to help. We had a lot of issues with the key cards the first 36 hours. Every time we left the room for more than a few hours, the key cards would reset and we'd have to ask the front desk to make us new ones. Also the air con wasn't good so it was quite warm in the room at night but it was helpful to have the fan that the front desk provided, especially on the days when the temperature was extra high. The parking garage is exceptionally small and narrow, even for Spain. Finally, there was mold in the bathroom. To be fair, we didn't complain about the mold while we were there, and I'm sure they would have addressed it if we had, but I feel like mold was just the icing on the cake of a well-staffed but still missing the mark property.

It's a good location, near a beautiful park. If you have a dog it's great to walk in the park. They also have a parking garage. The bed mattress was a bit old, you could tell it was due to be replaced. It was hard and sagged in the middle.

Breakfast was great and location close to everything Room is dark and drab
-
all good nothing not to like.

Breakfast plentiful but not very appetising. Staff miserable, never smiling and not very patient with a foreign visitor.

Great place and location

Great location, nice family room, friendly service! The shower unit could be better in retaining water

Parking was a desaster. Quite nice to offer such a service, but then the location was too small, with high risk because of the too small parking spaces. In our case we could only leave the car by climbing to the passenger seat.
