Great location, clean room with 3 twin beds, which was perfect for our group. The woman at the desk was friendly and helpful, giving us a map with marked suggestions. Great value. Nothing.

Location was excellent. The room was super clean. There was nobody at the hotel when we got there so we had to call to have someone check us in. Having written that, they had sent a message to call 30 minutes before arrival and we failed to do that.

No onsite parking.

The location (assuming you want to be in the central location where you will get screaming from partygoers till 5 or 6 AM) is good. The floors were pretty dirty and the staff did not respond to messages. There was no air condition or fans and it was VERY hot.

The room had a musty smell. We came back in the evening of our 2nd day and found the bathroom floor soaking wet and discovered a leak and water coming in from the ceiling probably caused by the room on the floor above. We reported it to the front desk and they provided extra towels but no offer to move us to another room.

Showerhead could be better, Corridor lights are off when not in use, Elevator drops a little bit before opening

We loved the location and the overall condition of the room. We also liked very much the staff, they were very thoughtful and kind. We didn't like the AC system, it worked automatically and we couldn't do anything about it, there were times when the room was too hot to be comfortable inside

Amazing location right next to the main plaza! Good value for the price. Staff was helpful when I left someone in my room after checking out. The staff is there very few hours (physically, always available over the phone), which makes assistance difficult if there are problems. This probably helps contributes to the lower price though!

Close to city center. Had two rooms. One receptionist was very nice. The others barely said anything. It was pretty clean. Humid and lack of ventilation in the room made it smell a bit. No hotpot or coffee in the whole hotel. Reception closes and no one is there if you lose your key card you can’t get in .

Very central to all you need! Comfy beds, and room is clean and tidy. Great place to rest when exploring Salamanca!!

The lady on reception was very friendly and although we had been in the city before she wanted to help. She actually let us in ahead of check-in as we called her on arrival. It really was very noisy outside all night - I guess students and party goers. It was a one night stop and early start, so it didn't matter that match.
