Location, quiet place at night even though it is located in the middle of downtown, comfortable beds and room, wonderful amount and warm water in the shower Don’t remember!

Convenient location, very clean, good breakfast, excellent staff

The room was very clean and comfortable, there was a beautiful view of the Catedral. The localization was really great and the people that worked there was very receptive and polite, they helped me with everything I needed. Everything was great.

We stayed 5 nights. The first four were fantastic. Quiet, comfortable, bright rooms and good sleeps. The last night we had guests in the room next to us. We could hear everything they said and did. They were not unusually loud, but the walls were paper thin. We played white music so we were able to sleep. The staff is extremely friendly Paper thin walls.

Some noise from other guests, but not much at all.

Thin walls. You can hear a lot from other rooms. However the view makes up for it.

Nice price good relation with the staff. The space will be better after finish the construction on the front.

The hotel is in a good location. It's a short and straightforward walk from Plaza Mayor and the shopping street, Toro, is the next street along. The staff were very good and helpful. I thought that the price was excellent for the location and time of year. The hotel is very traditional and I love the style, I think that it could with a bit of refurbishment. I felt that my head was lower than my feet when lying on the bed.

Very good buffet breakfast. Good value. Fabulous location and comfortable accommodation.

The location was great. The staff were friendly and very helpful, allowing us to leave our luggage for a few hours after we checked out. Although the shower room was clean, with towels etc, and nice hot water, it was a bit dated and the shower was small.

The location of the hotel is perfect, very clean, and very nice staff. The room is very small but has everything needed, suitable for a solo traveller, and good for a short-staying.
