Great location and clean, perfect for a one night stay Difficulty in entering, the online check-in system does not work well on phones, and had to customer service to be allowed entry, which would have been difficult without a phone plan or ability to speak Spanish.

Check-in and access were a nightmare, from arrival it took 2 hours! "Reception" (on 3rd floor, not informed on joining instructions) behind locked front door so no access (code didn't work), couldn't check in on Tablet, sent to a different hotel to check in, came back, front door didn't work, reception didn't work, finally got into room (with aid of other tenants who were having equal problems using Apps for entry). Went out for the evening and the key card didn't work on the front door when I returned. Waking the next day the TV was pixellated. The only things that worked were the bed and bathroom ...

Location and hair dryer. The digital keys, a lot of noise, you can hear everything in the hostal, walls are for nothing, rooms smelt weird and amenities where basic.

Very clean. Bed was comfortable. Needed some assistance at 21:30 and the phone was picked up immediately. I did not feel very safe to be honest. The doors are equipped with a code system but they don't have an additional lock on the inside. Also, when someone is opening the door of the next room, it sounds like they are opening yours. Could really use some soundproofing or at least additional locks.
