The side light is a green strip light, it would have been nice to have normal sidelights to read by at night. The room was hot. I opened all the windows to cool it down, and it still was not too noisy outside. it is on a small quite square opposite a library, just off a main road. Very comfy bed! Some softer light- side lamps to read at night.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable clean room with excellent bathroom and powerful shower. Quiet room at the back. Very central but not in the thick of the tourist zone. Good neighbourhood bars. Only a small plastic cup for drinking water. V minor complaint!

Staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel was easy to access and close to practically everything. It is in between the two main train stations and a 5 minute walk to Plaza Mayor. Lots of restaurants nearby but basically a residential area. The rooms were clean and well-furnished, the bed was comfortable and the shower was great! nothing really

The staff was very kind and the room was clean. The location is excellent. The only thing is that the room is super tiny.(single room) Too small to get the good impression, honestly. The window cannot be opened.

Outstanding location close to city center and 15 min walk from train station. Newly renovated interior and bathroom. Friendly staff! No overnight hotel staff but you do get key card access.

The place was very clean and in a good location for shopping, eating, partying, and touristing (being a tourist). The shower is very small, and when I first turned on the shower, the water blew the shower curtain out of the top. I ended up with a lot of water on the floor. However, this is just a small issue. I will definitely return to this hotel.
