Spectacular facility and great staff. My second time staying in a NH Collection while in Spain and I look forward to staying at NH Collection hotels in the future because I was very impressed. The rooms and location of the hotels are fantastic. There's nothing I didn't like.

We stayed in a former palace. The property is beautiful, the room was really lovely with an amazing view. The service from the staff was exceptional. We felt well cared for and very much at home. It's a great area of the city. Quiet and easy walk to everything. Love this town and loved this hotel. Everything was exceptional!

Quiet location on the edge of the old town. Car access to the front door, and staff to handle luggage and valet parking. Beautiful building. Split-level suite was cramped, with narrow staircase between floors. A regular room would probably have been better.

The location was perfect. Close to everything we wanted to go. We just walk everywhere. The place was clean and spotless. A good variety of food at the breakfast. We think on staying again. If you are not a national learn their timing. They don't open and close the places as other countries. There are times when just a few places are open.

Beautiful architecture and decor in a very central location. Whilst it was dog friendly you could only be in your bedroom or lobby I would recreating a dog friendly area in the bar and restaurant area

My go to place in Salamanca never disappoints! Welcoming staff, beautiful hotel, great location and dogs welcome. What’s not to like. Dogs aren’t allowed in the bar or breakfast room so we don’t eat at the hotel. Many restaurants in Salamanca are now dog friendly. The tourism office has a list.

From the moment we walked in, this pet friendly hotel was a positive experience. Reception desk super helpful from parking to dog friendly restaurant suggestions. Room spacious and clean.
