Everything was good.

Very comfortable and in a great location. It works perfectly for quick stays. Highly recommended! the Wi-Fi was not working during our stay.

Phenomenal location and room size, and the staff were incredibly responsive on both Booking.com messaging and when I had to call them on Whatsapp in the morning of my checkout when I accidentally locked myself in the foyer between the stairs and the bedroom.

Central location by the railway station yet quiet and comfortable.

The host is wonderful, the room is clean, and the location is excellent—close to the train station, the port, and the old town. I felt very comfortable. What I didn’t like was that there was no hot water for two nights in a row.

Very good

Very close to Salerno train station. We arrived immediately despite our large luggage. Since it has an elevator, it is very easy to reach even if you have large luggage. The outer door and the inner door are entered with a key, it is a secure place. The location is very central, the Salerno train station is just behind it, and the ferry pier to the Amalfi coast and the island of Capri is in the marina right in front. It is in a perfect location for a trustik trip. The cleaning is very good, like your home. Alice is also a perfect host. We agreed to have breakfast at a coffee shop down the street, which we thought was nice and sufficient.

Location is really great. 5 minutes from train station, 5 minutes from port, 2 minutes from main street with small stores and cafeterias. Great for the price.

Hostess was very friendly and the rooms were clean, bright and comfortable. The air conditioning unit was the unsung hero!

Superb

L’Alice has everything you need to have a perfect time in Sorrento. The location is perfect and the warm welcome of the owner made the stay super comfortable. Super clean! Breakfast is at a near bar and they dont offer any healthy options (just coffee and a Croissant or patisserie) Tv is not Smart (better if you dont watch tv :) but just fyi)

The owner is really welcoming. As I was leaving too early to have breakfast at the bar, but it was included in the price, the owner went to buy something for me to eat on the train. Very very nice indeed! Everything was fine

Excellent host! Really liked the rooms and the beds were very comfortable. The rooms were very clean. Great location as well, by the train station.

Exceptional

Fantastic location, spacious room and bathroom, Unique old fashion lift, building is very quiet. Lots of eateries nearby. Host met us upon arrival, very friendly and clear check in/check out process explained. Could have used a few more pegs to hang our washing out.
