It was very clean and good!

Very centrally located to harbor and train. Very clean and well taken care of. Bed was very low to the floor, but still very comfortable!

The location was excellent

The best thing about the hotel is its location, but the building itself is a little dim. The hotel operator is very communicative using WhatsApp and responded immediately to all of my questions, and accommodated my changes due to ferry cancellation. The WiFi is free, so I don't know why booking.com is asking me to rate the paid WiFi, maybe there are two levels of service? The hotel uses WhatsApp for communication, which is something I do not use and do not like. When I did not respond to initial requests for information on WhatsApp, the hotel operator reached out to me by email and text message, which is the only reason I knew I was supposed to upload my passport in WhatsApp. Now the pornbots on WhatsApp have my passport, that's just great.

Location

As others have mentioned the location is perfect. The room is quite spare and lacking in charm, but it has a mini fridge and a balcony. It is lacking a luggage rack and a way to make coffee. Antonella was kind enough to let me use a kettle and a mug. They really should be in every room, but you can ask for a kettle. The soundproofing is not good. In the Orchidea room you can hear every word of the conversation in the room next door. The shower connection leaks.

Great location, very clean, very comfortable, we will stay here again. It would be good to have a kettle in the room to make a tea or coffee.

Everything was so clean, in gd condition, great location, in the middle of the city center of salerno, the breakfast consisted of a coupon from my a cute coffeshop in the neighborhood, we renewed an extra night because it was so comfortable!

The property was in a great location, was easy to get to with following the instructions and the room itself was lovely and comfortable N/A

Great value, excellent location and friendly staff

Awesome location very close to Salerno Station and SITA SUD bus stops and ferry terminal to Amalfi. Close to local restaurants with reasonable price in comparison to tourist traps at Amalfi and Positano that's why we chose it as our base camp. Over the 3 days we pretty much commuted to Amalfi via bus and ferry which isn't bad at all in terms of crowd level in mid Sept 2024 in the morning. We planned busy schedule everyday so we didn't get the opportunity to use those breakfast vouchers but that's on us. The AC is not as powerful (blows cool air instead of cold air) but it works and doesn't affect our sleep so that's okay, maybe it is expected in Europe.

Lovely room in a great spot in Salerno, staff were friendly and very helpful, room was clean and tidy with a cute little balcony. Nothing, room and staff were good.
