We pulled into the parking lot with construction work going on, which we were totally unaware of. The lobby and dining area were getting new flooring which caused a major confusion if the hotel was even open. We had to go to a separate hotel for breakfast. There was visible mold in the ceiling of the pool area, and low water pressure for the slide making it difficult for small children to use. We woke up to our floor being partially flooded by the AC unit dripping water which soaked a few of our bags. The staff was understanding and sympathetic, but unable to rectify the situation. Overall a bad experience which probably was due to poor timing with remodeling/construction issues.

Location Under construction

Having a breakfast There was water on the floor when we got to our room and the staff just gave us towels. Then we could tell when we were walking that water was coming up from the floor

The location is right off the highway. The hotel is in the process of renovation. Our shower had a strange blue pipe sticking out of the wall. The mixing valve needs tweaking. You either get extremely cold or hot water.

The air conditioning was not adequate. Sweated all night. The staff was very helpful and considerate.

There is a huge hole in the side of the motel, the pool was dirty, and the air conditioning didn’t work

However, if you don’t mind some imperfections and a bit of construction, this place is wonderful! It is absolutely perfect for families with young kids. The pool has an awesome slide that the kids loved, and the breakfast was truly amazing. Huge shoutout to the cook in the cafeteria—she was absolutely wonderful and made mornings a highlight of our trip. Overall, it's a great spot to just relax and have fun if you care more about the experience than cosmetic perfection. We’d definitely stay again for the family fun and great food!

The staff at front desk were very nice and helpful. But the highlight was definitely the breakfast. The lady cooking was making delicious homemade breakfast burritos and working hard to keep everything tasting delicious. One of the very best hotel breakfasts ever! And she was also super sweet!!

Mr. Wallace ar check-in was truly phenomenal! He helped us so many times throughout our stay, and always with a friendly attitude and a smile. Check- in was a total breeze, one of the quickest ones I have ever had. Their pool was awesome! My kids loved the water slide and the fact that the water was as warm as bath water! They also kept towels by the pool so that you didn't have to use your towels in your bathroom for the pool, so that was definitely helpful. And lastly, the breakfast was great and the sweet lady who kept it fixed and stocked, Joann, was wonderful to us, especially my 3 year old autistic son. We always feel like such a burden because he can be a handful and very distracting, but she made us feel very welcomed.

We booked for the (pool) slide, but we'll go back for the breakfast! The lady who runs breakfast--Jo--was so wonderful! She clearly cares about feeding people. The breakfast bar was well stocked, even to the end of breakfast, and she was sincerely kind. We've stayed at a lot of similar places and have never been treated so well! The hotel also keeps iced lemon water and tea out and available.

The pool area had open wires on the ceiling. It could use a little more water flow in the water slide. Pool area could use an update. But the people were so nice.

Property needs renovated badly. Staff , cleanliness, and breakfast was excellent

The staff was super nice!! They was very welcoming. I love when I feel welcomed and it makes me feel comfortable.
-
They are undergoing renovation, and the parking is limited due to construction storage. Other than that, everything was as expected.

The staff was so friendly, helpful, and overall wonderful!

Breakfast was okay. The room smelled like mold. The shower didn't work. The TV didn't work. There were no trash cans in the room. The property is located on a noisy street.

The staff was very nice. The property definitely needed updated. However, it does look like they are under construction.

Staff told me I was not allowed to bring my service dog into the pool area while I supervised my children. At the same time, they warned me that if I left my dog alone in my room, I would be charged a $100 fee. I was put in an impossible situation: either leave my children unsupervised or leave my service dog behind and risk a fine. My service dog is medically necessary and trained to respond to my seizures. The front desk staff was also unprofessional. While speaking with me, employees carried on conversations in Spanish in front of me, making me feel excluded and uncomfortable during an already stressful situation. Instead of addressing my concerns respectfully or understanding the laws regarding service animals, they were dismissive and unhelpful. To make matters worse, the pool area was filthy. There was hair everywhere, the pool deck was dirty, the water looked cloudy and unclean, and the waterslide did not work properly. The overall condition of the pool was disgusting and far below what I would expect from a hotel. I expected better treatment, cleaner facilities, and proper ADA training. I would not recommend staying here.
