Stains on carpet and ceiling! Not well maintained and a lot of construction was going in lobby area

The people at the front desk were very friendly We were traveling with 3 young kids and the pool is the main thing I look for when booking a hotel - they were in the car for 6 hours that day and needed to let energy out. It wasn’t made clear while booking that the pool was closed due to constriction and no discount was offered. The curtain rod in the bathroom was also sagging so the curtain wouldn’t stay closed during a shower.

The pool was closed and having a pool was one of our criteria. The lobby area was closed for rennovations.

Heather at the front desk was so helpful and friendly! Our room was very comfortable and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was ok, staff courteous. the hotel was under construction and the pool wasn’t working, gym also unavailable I think if those amenities aren’t available when you book there should be some notification

The property is under construction for renovation. We weren’t able to use the pool and the bistro was closed. Probably would not stay here again.

While it is currently being updated, the current rooms were in very poor condition. Stained ceilings from leaking showere. Floor Tiles were cracked in bathroom. Many hairs were found in the bedsheets, as if they may not have been washed
