The staff was great. Let us have a late check out due to me having surgery the day before.

Room was carpet free and very clean and fresh. The staff was warm and welcoming. Breakfast had protein and fresh fruit as well as the usual carb choices.

The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was really good and area very clean. The only con I have is the room we were in had long paint scrapes down the wall that I think need touched up. The hallway is old and dated needs new carpet and the walls need the nics and scrapes painted. Its mostly aesthetics. But thats what will turn alot of people off from staying again.

The property seriously needs an update and upkeep. I was concerned about cleanliness. Even just fresh paint and new carpet would go a long way. Positives were the breakfast - good variety and quality.

Bed and shower were fine for a quick stay, the main issue for us was the smell of the room was just musty/smoky or something that just made it feel dirty and unappealing.

It was in a good area, spacious, loved the price. Staff was great and helpful. Couldn’t use the oven, I had to purchase a cooking sheet to use it. Not enough forks if I had guests (only had 2). You should have a coffee machine with a filter built in, didn’t know I needed filters so I used paper towels. Had to use bathroom towels to clean if I washed dishes by hand. Have kitchen towels. No bowls to mix food, I had to use a pot. Have all basic necessities so one doesn’t have to purchase items.

It was convenient, right off the interstate, and was clean. When we first got there, no one was at the front desk and I was unable to reach anyone using the phone number that was provided. I went back to the car and got our dog out and took her in to wait for someone to check us in. When we got back in, there was someone there.
