Was also charged $100 extra without being informed that it was the incidental fee until it was checkout time and I asked about it.

The only extremely minor request would be to have a more subtle light by the beds for night time. This was only an issue because I like to read but wanted my granddaughter and daughter to be able to sleep. I definitely recommend staying here.

This hotel falsely advertised that they had mini golf, a restaurant, a game room, and rooms that slept five. We paid extra for those rooms (two of them) and these amenities because we were traveling with four children. When we checked in, we discovered that there was no game room, no mini golf, the restaurant was closed indefinitely, and the “bed” for the fifth person was in fact a chair that the desk clerk himself told me was not suitable for sleeping. But they charged me for the extra bed and refused a refund, made excuses for why those amenities were listed but not really available, and refused to do anything to make things right with me. “There’s nothing we can do” is all I heard over and over, which I don’t believe for a second. And when I got home, I discovered that they had charged me FOUR TIMES for two rooms, so instead of being charged $220 for one night, I was charged over $880!!! And now I get to be the one to try to rectify all this. I will never, ever stay at a Wyndham property again. False advertising is a crime, and if this doesn’t fit that description, I don’t know what does. And they don’t care one bit. I am furious.

The fitness room needs a door

This place is a diamond in the rough. Currently undergoing a complete remodel. Our room was very clean, and the breakfast was very well done. There is the usual construction clutter in some of the common areas, but you can tell they are serious about the remodel. The rooms were updated and fresh, the beds comfortable. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and all were friendly. The rooms were bright and new. I'll stay again.

The room was clean. It seems they are remodeling the hotel and the updates are nice. Be prepared to be woken up by the clean staff walking down the hall sounding on room doors. My complaint I have.

The room was very clean with new fixtures. The exterior and parking lot gave off a not-very-safe vibe which caused some apprehension when I first arrived, but the interior was pleasant, cool, & clean during record heat. (Thank you!)

Hotel is under a remodel, but the rooms are clean and comfortable. Both desk agents were polite and courteous.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. Despite the construction everything was clean! They're obviously working very hard to upgrade the hotel. What we are most impressed with was the staff, especially Gita. She made sure we were comfortable with everything we needed, and most importantly she was fantastic with my boys who absolutely adored her!

It is a quiet and comfortable property. The renovations are still in progress but it is coming along nicely. The rooms are clean and spacious and the bed is very comfortable.

We stayed at this hotel in 2025. Not sure if it was purchased by new people but it is under going many renovations, not necessarily a bad thing, but the court yard was filled with furniture and carpet. The hot tub was removed, The rooms were nice having been updated, Would be nice if they had directions on how to use the showers, instead of having to stand there turning dials trying to figure it out yourself for 5 minutes. The light switches are all updated and the room numbers had buttons to push clean or DND, though again, no directions were given so we didn’t know how to set them. Breakfast was good even though there wasn’t anyone around to ask for syrup. Overall it was a good stop for us for one night.
