Hotel Colón Salinas

The buffet was good, service was mostly non-existent at front desk, especially early morning when trying to leave for an excursion and all the doors were locked and nobody was around! Lack of front desk service, rooms are old and poorly configured and the bed wasn’t comfortable! Not to North American standards!

i liked the location and the food I didn't like the beach in front of the hotel. They should make it more accessible to guests. They should clean it up and put in some palm trees to make it look nice.

Hotel had parking Staff separated the family into two rooms in separate buildings far from each other. Wifi didn't work well. Room air conditioning was ancient and didn't work well. Water pressure was poor. Room's floor was dirty.

Location is great, right in front of the beach! Breakfast is ok but nothing special. This hotel is great value but starts to look a bit out of date.

location was great the room was very clean with a comfortable bed There is a rooftop club that plays loud music till 3 am. I could not sleep because the music was thunderous.

Breakfast was OK, but it could be a lot better It is an old construction, needs a lot of work to be at the level that prices actually are at. Towels in bathroom were dirty and may not replaced before we came in.

They requested full payment before we arrived in the booking website says no need prepaid payment the hotel trying to get the money before arrival

rooms staff was very rude. Any option for my requirements and they don´t care about the client.

Stuff people were very helpful and cordial always trying to make sure that I was enjoying my time there I’m a morning person so I would like to be able to go for a swim and use the steam room a bit earlier than 9 am

Great location. The Ocean view room was confortable and clean. Beautiful view of the malecon.Very good breakfast buffet with a big selection of national and international food. The Staff was very efficient and helpful. The property is a little run down

The hotel is very comfortable and relaxing. The beds are amazing. My favorite place to stay in Salinas. Staff didn't answer my questions in the app on time. The room didn't have a bathtub as it was indicated. The hotel didn't give me the chance to choose my room.

The restaurant and buffet were very good. The personnel were attentive and spoke English well.

it’s clean, and comfortable. There are also three different swimming pools and is right by the sea. The fact that even though I paid for all inclusive. There was no water, soda or juices in the refrigerator of both rooms. I thought that when you paid for all inclusive is because you want to stay in the resort. I had to go out at night to buy water and juices.

The pictures are old. This place was old. Needs alot of work. Although we booked two nights, we left after one. The location and breakfast are good.
