The disappointment began with our room, which was surprisingly tiny and cramped for a hotel in this category. The amenities were severely lacking for a luxury property; the outdoor pool was unheated, making it completely unusable during our early October stay. A basic standard like a nightly turndown service was also non-existent. The breakfast was another major letdown. The buffet selection was incredibly limited, more akin to what you'd find at a 3-star hotel. They also charge extra for anything from the kitchen . We have never seen this at a 5-star establishment.

pretty nice location , nice rooms , very good breakfast with prosecco as well there's no music in the area like a pub or ...

I chose this hotel for a two-night stay at Lake Garda. While the hotel is in a good location and generally pleasant, it does not reflect the experience and vibes one would expect from a five-star property, especially if you’re seeking a luxury getaway. Unfortunately, the service we received did not match the price we paid. I also would stress that one of the receptionists, in particular, was noticeably unwelcoming—so much so that it felt almost personal against our race, which significantly impacted my overall experience of the hotel and left me feeling disappointed. In two different situations she make a big fuss and let me feel embarrassed ( i ask for extra water to the room in a five star hotel !!) That said, I did encounter some kind and professional staff members who helped balance the experience.

Overall was an amazing stay.

Location perfect and loved the breakfast. I did not like the platform that the bed is on in the Pearl room. I had to keep reminding myself it was there so as not to trip. My knees are not the greatest, and I’m 82.

Great location, friendly staff, comfortable room, good quality toiletries, good breakfast,we ate our dinner at the hotel restaurant , was very good. Only we can say negative about our stay about pillows ,which were not comfortable
-
Modern high quality ,v friendly staff in every department we met (reception ,bellboy ,waiters in restaurant ) Bar has no atmosphere and is filled with dining tables not lounge chairs . Needs better design .
