We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Laurin! The grounds are beautiful, rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and every member of the staff was incredibly warm and welcoming Breakfast was delicious with a nice selection, and the pool area was the perfect place to relax. Hotel is also in a good location, just a short walk to the lake/restaurants. Can’t thank the staff enough. They recommended some good local restaurants, arranged a taxi to the train station for us, and always provided lovely service whenever we ordered drinks or food. I can't say enough good things about this hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we can't wait to return for another stay. Nothing

Hotel Laurin is an absolute gem. A stunning historic villa from the early 1900s with extraordinary attention to architectural detail, beautiful grounds full of nature, and an ambiance that is genuinely unlike anywhere else we have stayed. The food was exceptional, the staff were warm, friendly and incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. Our lake view room was gorgeous. The hotel is just one street from the Salò lakefront promenade, which is beautiful to walk along with gorgeous buildings, charming boutiques and easy access to the ferry for exploring nearby towns. We would highly recommend taking the boat to get around rather than driving as traffic around the lake can be intense in summer. The hotel provided a crib and high chair for our two year old without any issue, which we really appreciated. The pool is beautiful and very calm, though not specifically designed for toddlers. We spent so much time taking in the stunning details of the villa, the music and the atmosphere. Deeply relaxing and full of character. The pool area is not particularly toddler friendly for very young children, though it is still beautiful.

Its absolutely stunning. So so beautiful. We dined in the restaurant every day because apart from very cute it was delicious! The room is huge and super clean. We loved it and want to go back :) Salo is a bit far from the main towns in Garda! Take that into account

Very classy property. Everything about it is first class. Parking was the tight, but very doable.

The hotel is magnificent, the staff was helpful. The breakfast was delicious. Noise from the cars and motorcycles.
-
There is no direct access to the lake, BUT there are access points 15-20 min walking in either direction and the pool and views were excellent. This is just an FYI - we very much enjoyed our stay

Beautiful spaces, clean Nothing

Beautiful rooms. The restaurant had beautiful frescos. It’s not directly on the water and is a short walk from town but not directly in town. It’s a small issue.

Facility, and especially the staff, were excellent. Marika, who first greeted us upon arrival, helped me back into the tight parking space, and showed us to our room , was fantastic, and could not be more gracious and professional. Balcony was well designed to provide a decent view of the lake. Parking spaces could have been larger, but, there doesn't appear to be much room for expansion in that area.

The property was very well maintained. It had many pleasant areas in which to sit. The garden area, although not large, was very pretty. The staff were incredibly helpful in both organising trips and arrangements before we got there. This was a special birthday trip and they helped to make it a really good celebration. The breakfast was particularly good, with a large variety of both fresh and dried fruit every day. The building also had an interesting history, along with some super portraits and frescos. Nothing - it was superb.
