Courtyard by Marriott Salt Lake City Airport

Very comfortable room with friendly check in. We were flying home the next morning, and it was extremely convenient to the airport.

The property was nice but the rooms I requested was supposed to have a sofa bed and it did not.

Close to airport, with shuttle service. Nicely decorated room, but the bathroom really needed to be finished correctly. Nice bistro restaurant, and lovely lounge area.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and made us feel right at home. A special thank you to Serenity, who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile. Her outstanding customer service truly made a difference, and we really appreciated all of her help. We would definitely stay here again!

Clean and comfortable after a long day on the road. Only complaint would be the $55 for dinner. BLT w/fries, Grilled Cheese w/soup and sparkling water in to-go containers is a complete rip off.

There needs to be self serve coffee, there wasn't even that! You had to pay for it! Free Coffee Please!!

Friendly front desk, safe secure parking , excellent shuttle service to and from airport 24/7. Clean rooms and convenient food and beverages until 10pm. Highly recommends

The hotel was clean, the staff was nice and the pool was indoors (though it was COLD).

The room was super comfortable. The staff was extra nice.

I had trouble getting in touch with them, such as not receiving a reply to my inquiry.

Worst checkin ever at a Marriott property. Late arrival due to late flight. One customer at Front Desk. Two agents behind the counter. Customer appeared to be having an issue. After about 5 minutes of waiting I approached the desk and politely asked if the other agent could help me. She had been looking at her phone the entire time while I was waiting. She smiled and pointed at the agent helping the other customer and said "she'll help you". Her name was Divine I think. She went back to playing with her phone. I waited about another 5 minutes before the agent working started checking me in. It was late, I was tired, and waiting and watching the other agent playing with her phone while I stood there staring at her rubbed me the wrong way. Not what I've come to expect at a Marriott property.

Bedsheet was halfway off the bed and didn’t fit properly. Crumbs on ground showing room was not vacuumed or at least not well

Easy airport shuttle, friendly staff

the shuttle was very punctual, friendly drivers. We didn't use the breakfast, we left very early, & when we left to go home we went out for breakfast.

Clean room, pleasant helpful staff. Power went out because of a storm and staff was kind and accommodating. One guest was rude and difficult for a circumstance the staff could not control but they maintained professionalism and stayed calm and kind. Nice location near airport, not far from downtown. Would absolutely come back.
